At Ruhmora Scents, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide premium-quality fragrances and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Policy
We offer a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The perfume bottle must not be broken, damaged, or tampered with.
- The perfume quantity inside the bottle must be the same as originally delivered.
- The item must remain unused and in resellable condition.
Refund Conditions
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Only the product amount (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 working days after approval and inspection.
Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy in case of:
- Damaged bottle upon delivery
- Atomizer/spray malfunction
- Manufacturing defect
Exchange Conditions
- Product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Bottle should not be intentionally damaged or heavily used.
- Perfume quantity must remain nearly the same as delivered.
Once the product is inspected and approved, the exchange process will be completed within 7 working days.
Important Notes
Ruhmora Scents reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
We recommend customers inspect their parcel immediately upon delivery and contact us promptly in case of any issue.
